Do you use authentic designer pieces?

Yes, we do, we only source authentic designer charms or buttons then repurpose them into pendants for necklaces.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we sure do! Free UK delivery, however for international orders shipping fees apply.

Are your luxury designer pieces brand new or pre-loved?

We aim to be a sustainable brand which means yes, our luxury pieces are pre-owned.

Pre-owned pieces also allow us to sell to you at an affordable price so you don't have to break the bank.

How quickly do your pieces come back into stock?

As our pieces are unique, in most cases we have one of each pendant, which means sold out will mean sold out forever. We aim to have new collections every other month. So make sure you follow our page to not miss out on our next launch.We are continuously on the hunt to find more luxury gems that we can regenerate into unique pendants. 

This means all future collections will be exclusive for you!

How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at ZbyZo has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

What's your return policy?

All sales will be final. We are unfortunately unable to offer any returns. However, if our item becomes faulty within 14 days of receiving your purchase, please contact us at hello@zbyzo.com and we will be happy to assist you with a solution.
